VEGGY PATTY
Vitamix soaked sunflower seeds, sundried tomatoes, palm sugar, shallots, carrots with water (half the amount of the food to blend)
In a bowl, mix with diced onions, celery and capers.

EGGPLANT LASAGNA
Red bell pepper Apricot marinara
Coconut Vanilla Portobello Mushrooms
EGGPLANT LASAGNA WITH SWEET POTATOES, QUINOA AND CUCUMBERS
Sweet Potatoes, Quinoa and Eggplant soaked in salt water and 'uncooked' below 118 degrees.
Sauce: Red bell pepper, sundried tomatoes, carrots, red cabbage, parsley, basil, water, vanilla extract, palm sugar, Himalayan salt and cinnamon.
Portobello mushrooms marinated in water, mama shoyu or coconut amino acids and vanilla extract.

OLIVE TAPENADE STUFFED AVOCADOS
Green and black olives, sundried tomatoes, onions, raisins, red cabbage
(no celery or it will be too salty)

TOMATO BOKCHOY BASIL
Add Watermelon!

MACARONI N CHEESE
(Zucchini ~ Orange Bell Pepper Chipolte Cashew Sauce) 
Spiralized Zucchini, Onions and bokchoy.
Sauce: Soaked cashews, orange bell peppers, mesquite, chipolte, palm sugar, Himalayan salt.

Soaked Sunflower seeds, raw cacao, palm sugar, vanilla beans.

CINNAMON APPLE PIE A LA MODE
Frozen bananas, cinnamon or vanilla beans.
Soaked chia seeds with vanilla extract and coconut extract
Blended apple to thick compote
Garnished with palm sugar.

COLESLAW BURRITOS
Red cabbage, apples, red bell pepper, onions, celery, raisins
Sauce: soaked sunflower seeds, lemon zest and lemon juice, ginger, basil. Add curry to taste.
Wrap in a Savoy cabbage leave with fresh baby arugula greens.

Broccoli, bokchoy, zucchini, cauliflower, onion, celery, apple, pear.
Sauce: Soaked cashews, fennel, dill, spirulina, chlorella, Himalayan salt, palm sugar.

ZUCCHINI / DAIKON PASTA ALFREDO 
Alfredo: Soaked sunflower seeds, garlic, onion, Himalayan salt, Palm sugar. 
Add curry or/and turmeric for taste and longevity.

MANGO / SPROUTED LENTIL SOUP
118 low heated onions, okra and spices to taste.
Add to the mix: Sundried tomatoes, sprouted lentils, fresh mango.
